Prospero Teaching is seeking dedicated, patient, and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist SEND school in Totton, supporting pupils aged 2-19 with a diverse range of needs. The school caters for children and young people with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties, autism, and a variety of communication, sensory, and physical needs. With Primary and Secondary provision across two sites, the school offers a highly individualised, nurturing environment where pupils are supported to develop communication, independence, emotional wellbeing, and essential life skills.
