Care Professional – Home Care Location: Barnet Pay: £13.50 per hour + mileage Hours: Full-time or part-time Shifts: Morning: 07:00–15:00 Evening: 17:00–22:00 Flexible options available Every other weekend required Company: Home Instead Barnet About the Role Home Instead Barnet provides high-quality, relationship-led care to older adults in their own homes. We’re looking for kind, reliable Healthcare Assistants to support clients with day-to-day living while building meaningful, long-term relationships. No previous care experience is required — full training and ongoing support are provided. What You’ll Do Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, medication reminders) Offer companionship and emotional support Help with meal preparation and light household tasks Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or activities Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment What We’re Looking For Kind, caring, and respectful nature Reliable and trustworthy Good communication skills Willingness to learn Availability to work every other weekend Right to work in the UK - No visa sponsorship available Care experience is welcomed but not essential.
