Account Manager - Joinery & Shopfitting Location: Leicestershire A well-established, family-run joinery and shopfitting business based in Leicestershire is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on both account management and new business development, ideal for someone who understands the technical and commercial realities of shopfitting, joinery, or POS. The business has a close-knit, supportive culture where people genuinely enjoy working together. Despite the family feel, they deliver large-scale, high-end projects for premium brands and work closely with design agencies on bespoke retail and commercial interiors. The Role You'll be responsible for managing existing client relationships while actively developing new business opportunities. Acting as the key point of contact, you'll guide projects from initial enquiry through to delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure commercial and technical requirements are met.
