QA/QC Supervisor – Life Sciences Projects Location: Limerick, Ireland Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent) Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 + Company Car + Benefits OR Contract Option: €375 – €400 per day A leading specialist contractor in the cleanroom and controlled environments sector is seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to join a major project in Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical developments, supporting the delivery of critical cleanroom construction works to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead QA/QC activities across cleanroom and controlled environment works * Ensure compliance with project quality plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures * Carry out inspections and audits of workmanship and materials on site * Manage snagging, punch lists, and close-out documentation * Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and client teams to meet handover milestones * Review and approve subcontractor quality documentation and submissions * Support resolution of NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives * Maintain high standards of reporting and quality record keeping * Promote a strong safety-first and quality-driven culture on site Requirements * Proven QA/QC experience within cleanrooms, pharma, data centres, or mission-critical construction * Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and construction documentation * Experience managing subcontractors and working within multidisciplinary site teams * Excellent attention to detail and ability to drive quality standards * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Relevant trade, engineering, or construction qualification preferred Package & Benefits * Competitive salary (€65K–€70K) or daily rate (€300–€375/day) * Company car included * Strong benefits package * Long-term pipeline of major Life Sciences projects * Career progression within a growing specialist contractor * Supportive team environment with a focus on quality and professional development
