Recruitment Resourcer Location : Camberley Salary £27,000 + Commission Office Based – 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday Do you want to get into Recruitment? We are currently looking to recruit for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in Camberley. We are looking for candidates who have got a confident telephone manner and enjoy building strong relationships over the phone. This role will be a busy and varied role where you will be supporting a team of Consultants and assisting them with their daily workload. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent. You’ll play a key role in building candidate pipelines, managing job boards, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities * Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media * Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate pre-screening calls * Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies * Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms * Engage passive candidates and promote roles effectively * Support recruiters with interview scheduling and coordination * Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages Skills & Experience * Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred but not essential) * Strong research and sourcing skills * Confident communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously * Attention to detail and strong organisational skills * A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in people What We Offer * Competitive salary and bonus/commission structure * Training and development opportunities * Clear progression into Recruitment Consultant roles * Supportive and collaborative team environment
