BIM Lead

BIM Lead – Building Services A well-established building services consultancy is seeking a BIM Lead to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to take ownership of BIM standards, processes, and delivery across a diverse portfolio of building services projects. The Role You will be responsible for leading and coordinating BIM activities across multiple projects, supporting project teams, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and best practice. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage BIM standards and procedures (ISO 19650) Manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) and project information workflows Prepare and oversee BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) Carry out model validation, coordination, and clash detection Provide BIM training, mentoring, and technical support to project teams Support continuous improvement of BIM processes and tools Requirements Proven experience in a BIM-focused role within building services or construction Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM protocols, and CDEs Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / ACC Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models Strong communication skills and ability to support multiple teams What’s on Offer Competitive salary package Hybrid and flexible working Career progression and long-term development Established and supportive team environment Varied and technically interesting building services projects
