Job Title: Technical Implementation Lead (Cloud & Infrastructure) Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Onsite, 0% Remote) Contract Type: Fixed-term Assignment Assignment Period: 09 March 2026 - 31 December 2027 About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join a high-performing Cloud & Infrastructure team in Gothenburg. You will play a pivotal role in shaping cloud-first strategies while delivering robust and scalable infrastructure solutions. Drawing on deep engineering and developer experience, you will drive technical leadership and hands-on implementation for both cloud-based (Azure) and on-premises environments. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: - Serve as the primary technical authority for hybrid cloud initiatives, ensuring excellence in cloud and on-premises infrastructures. - Collaborate closely with product owners to align technical priorities and business roadmaps. - Guide architecture and solution design, prioritizing scalability, security, and reliability. - Engage in technical leadership communities and actively participate in organizational forums. Cloud and On-Premises Management: - Lead the design and deployment of Azure-based infrastructures using AKS, Kubernetes, and automation frameworks. - Oversee integration and maintenance of on-premises systems, ensuring seamless hybrid operations. - Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies for both environments. Automation and Infrastructure as Code: - Champion automation pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep and Terraform. - Streamline deployment processes and drive DevOps best practices across all platforms. Cost and Vendor Management: - Develop and implement cost optimization tactics. - Manage vendor partnerships to maximize returns and performance. - Monitor and report on infrastructure costs and efficiency improvements. Team Mentoring and Development: - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members. - Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and a learning culture. - Support teams in leveraging developer productivity tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise. Requirements: - Extensive expertise in cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Azure, Kubernetes, and hybrid cloud ecosystems. - In-depth experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, and DevOps tools. - Strong knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and deployment workflows. - Proven capability to integrate on-premises and cloud environments for seamless operations. - Demonstrated success implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation across hybrid systems. - Proficiency in DevOps methodologies, automation, and ITSM frameworks. - Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Innovative, analytical, and relationship-focused mindset. - Proficient in English.
