Qualified Social Worker (QSW) Adult Social Care - Review Team Hull | Orchard Centre (HU6 9BX) £32.40 - £35.00 per hour Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Review Team in Hull. Role overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for completing statutory reviews across a range of settings, including: Care homes Community-based services Day services You will also ensure that direct payments and care packages are meeting assessed needs and achieving positive outcomes.
