Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

We are working exclusively with a premium client that are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operation and local deliveries. This is a hands-on position requiring care, organisation, and pride in presentation — from preparing orders to delivering pieces to customers' homes. Key Responsibilities will include Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment Receive, check, and store incoming stock safely Prepare and check customer orders prior to dispatch or delivery Load and unload the van with care and attention Deliver orders within a two-hour radius in Buckinghamshire Represent the organisation professionally when delivering to customers Carry out basic vehicle checks and keep the van clean and presentable Follow health & safety procedures at all times Skills & Experience Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery role Full, clean UK driving licence Physically capable of handling furniture and heavy items safely Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional and friendly manner with customers This is an opportunity to work within a design-led, craft-focused business where care and quality matter.
