Forklift Operator

We are urgently recruiting experienced and reliable Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Operatives for a busy and fast-paced warehouse in Bellshill. This is a hands-on role involving a combination of forklift operation and general warehouse duties. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing, stable work. Key Responsibilities: * Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently * Loading and unloading vehicles * Moving, stacking and organising palletised stock * Order picking and packing * Preparing goods for dispatch * Stock control and location management * Carrying out general warehouse duties * Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation * Completing paperwork and basic scanning tasks * Adhering to all health and safety regulations Requirements: * Valid and in-date Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach) * Previous experience working within a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment * Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting * Willingness to complete manual handling and warehouse duties alongside forklift work * Good level of numeracy and attention to detail * Strong reliability and timekeeping * Ability to work both independently and within a team Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift and move stock when required * Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods * Ability to work in a busy and physically active warehouse environment What We Offer: * Competitive pay rates * Overtime opportunities * Full time and part time positions available * Consistent 7am start with 8-hour shifts * 7 day operation * Immediate starts available If you are a motivated and dependable Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative looking for your next role, we want to hear from you.
