Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical/mechanical bias to work on behalf of a building services maintenance provider. You will be a Mobile Engineer responsible for the maintenance of commercial offices based at Gatwick and Heathrow. A van and fuel card will be provided. Working Hours: M-F, 8-5 Duties of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer: * Planned Maintenance on Electrical / Building Services plant, undertaking reactives, PPM's and occaisional installation works. * Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports. * Checking UPS systems * Testing fire alarms * Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts / LED's etc * Installing new boards / motors etc * Minor alterations to BMS set points. * General Building services to HVAC / Electrical plant
