SEMH Qualified Teacher - Kings Norton Full Time - Start ASAP Pay Rate: £167-£232 per day Agency: Aspire People Aspire People is recruiting a committed and skilled SEMH Qualified Teacher to join a specialist provision in Kings Norton. This full‑time role is available immediately, offering a rewarding opportunity to support young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Role Overview Full‑time teaching role within an SEMH setting in Kings Norton Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social challenges Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external agencies Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment Contribute to EHCP targets and behaviour support plans What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience within SEMH, PRU, or alternative provision settings Strong behaviour management and de‑escalation skills A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils Strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing What Aspire People Offer Competitive daily pay between £167-£232 A dedicated consultant for ongoing support Access to CPD and training opportunities Long‑term stability with potential for permanent placement If you're passionate about making a real difference and can start ASAP, Aspire People would love to hear from you.
