Production Manager – Digital Print Location: Kent Salary: £50K - £60K DOE I’m working with a well-established digital print business in Kent that is looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimise their production operation. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving efficiency, quality and on-time delivery within a fast-paced digital print environment. The Role: Oversee day-to-day production across digital print and finishing operations Lead, motivate and develop production teams, ensuring high performance and engagement Plan and schedule work to meet customer deadlines, KPIs and service levels Drive continuous improvement across workflows, throughput and quality Ensure all output meets customer specifications and quality standards Manage health & safety, compliance and operational best practice Work closely with sales, pre-press and logistics to ensure smooth job flow Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and marginThe Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Production Manager or Senior Supervisor within digital print Strong understanding of digital print processes, workflows and finishing Confident people manager with experience leading teams on the shop floor Commercially aware with a focus on productivity, quality and cost control Highly organised, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Strong communication and problem-solving skillsWhat’s on Offer: Salary up to £60K and benefits package Stable, long-term opportunity within a growing digital print business High-impact role with autonomy to improve and shape production operations Supportive leadership team and modern production environmentIf you’re a Digital Print Production Manager based in Kent and looking for your next challenge, I’d welcome a confidential conversation.
