The Role: Education Recruitment Consultant In your first year, you will: Recruit teachers and education staff for temporary and permanent roles Interview, screen and support candidates through placements Write professional CV profiles for schools Build long-term relationships with candidates and schools Work to achievable KPIs with your manager Earn commission throughout your progressionNo sales experience? No problem. Your education background and people skills matter far more.
