Pastoral Lead – King’s Lynn Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 Contract: Full Time (40 hours per week) Make Every Day Extraordinary We are seeking a committed and compassionate Pastoral Lead to join a supportive specialist education setting in King’s Lynn. As Pastoral Lead, you will champion student wellbeing, build strong and trusting relationships, promote independence, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can achieve their full potential. About the Provision This is a small and growing specialist school set within a unique and welcoming environment. The provision offers a bespoke, therapeutic, and trauma-informed approach to education for pupils for whom mainstream education is not suitable. The school is expanding, with new purpose-built facilities and an increasing pupil intake.
