Salary: £46,095.18 per annum plus call out 1 week in 4; Standby rates - £50 PD (MOn-Fri) £75 PD (Sat/Sun) Call out rate - £20 per call out (Mon-Fri) £25 per call out (Sat/Sun)Average earnings for being on call 1 week in 4 on top of your salary is roughly £1,000pcm  Location: South East London Contract: Permanent Team: Repairs & Maintenance Driving Licence Required DBS Check Required About the Role: Carry out a wide range of electrical repairs and installations (e.g. rewiring, testing, fault finding, showers, boilers) Deliver effective first-time fixes and ensure all works are completed to high standards Work safely and in compliance with relevant codes and standards (BS7671, etc.) Participate in the out-of-hours rota Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times Essential Requirements: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection 18th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations Full UK Driving Licence Excellent communication and customer care skills Experience working in social housing or similar environments
