Factory Operative

Job Title: Factory Operator Salary - £32,000 Monday - Friday - DAY SHIFT We are proud to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company at the forefront of their industry. Due to continued operational requirements, we are seeking an experienced Factory Operator to join the site operations team at a modern facility. Key Responsibilities: * Operating and monitoring plant systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production. * Carrying out routine inspections, start-ups, shutdowns, and plant changeovers in line with operating procedures. * Ensuring the plant operates within defined parameters while fully complying with HSE legislation, site rules, and company policies. * Responding effectively to plant faults, alarms, and abnormal operating conditions to minimise downtime. * Maintaining accurate operational logs, shift reports, and handovers. * Actively promoting a strong safety culture and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Essential Requirements: * Previous experience working in a process-driven manufacturing factory * Good working knowledge of safe systems of work and health and safety procedures within an industrial or power generation environment. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a shift-based team environment.
