Reablement Occupational Therapist - Double-Handed Review Project Location: Cheshire West Rate: £32.37 per hour Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Double-Handed Review Project in Cheshire West. This project focuses on reviewing and optimising care packages for adults, ensuring safe, proportionate, and effective support.
