Maintenance Electrician 📍 Edinburgh & East of Scotland 💷 Salary up to £42,000 per annum 🏢 Large Facilities Management Provider 🚐 Van + Fuel Card | Permanent Role We’re working with a well-established, national Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrician to cover a portfolio of commercial sites across Edinburgh and the East. This is a great opportunity to join a stable FM business with long-term contracts, clear structure, and strong support. The Role * Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites * Fault finding, repairs, and minor installation works * Working on lighting, power, emergency lighting, and basic controls * Completing PPMs in line with contract requirements * Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with regulations * Accurately completing job reports and compliance paperwork * Liaising with site teams and subcontractors where required What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Maintenance / FM Electrician * Background working within Facilities Management or Building Services * Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. 18th Edition) * Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience * Full UK driving licence * Good communication and customer-facing skills What’s on Offer * Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience * Company van and fuel card * Overtime and on-call opportunities (if applicable) * Stable, long-term FM contracts * Opportunity to work with a large, reputable FM provider * Training and development opportunities 📩 Interested?
