Building Surveyor

A leading Construction Consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their London office. The Building Surveyor will deliver a wide range of surveying services, working across commercial, education, residential, leisure and health sectors. This Building Surveyor role will provide practical experience in building surveying, project management, contract administration and client liaison. The Building Surveyor will be part of a team providing professional surveying advice, surveys, and project support. The Company? This role offers exposure to a wide range of building surveying work, opportunities to develop professionally, and involvement in projects from initial survey to completion. The Role As the Building Surveyor, you will manage and deliver property-related projects, surveys, and inspections while supporting senior colleagues. The role will include: * Carrying out building and measured surveys across multiple sectors * Preparing schedules of dilapidations and condition reports * Advising on design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment * Preparing specifications, drawings, and obtaining estimates for works * Administering maintenance contracts and managing project delivery * Analysing building defects and providing solutions The Building Surveyor? You will be a committed and technically capable individual with experience in building surveying. Applications from non-construction or non-property backgrounds will not be considered.
