Job Description: Job Title: Plumber / Multi Trader (Reactive Maintenance – Social Housing) Location: South London Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £43,000\£44,000 per year Start: Immediate start available Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plumber / Multi Trader to carry out reactive maintenance works within occupied social housing properties across South London This role requires a confident, reliable tradesperson with strong plumbing skills and the ability to complete associated finishing works to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in social housing properties * All domestic plumbing works * Multi Trader reasonability's * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard * Work professionally and respectfully within occupied properties * Complete job reports and records accurately * Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures Essential Skills and Experience: * Qualification in Plumbing * UK DL * Social housing experience * Multi trade experience Desirable: * Part P qualification Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Company pension * Sick pay
