Key Responsibilities: * Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in social housing properties * All domestic electrical works * Sockets, switches, open circuits, fans * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard * Work professionally and respectfully within occupied properties * Complete job reports and records accurately * Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures Essential Skills and Experience: * 18th Edition * NVQ L3 * UK DL * Social housing experience Desirable: * 2391 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Company pension * Sick pay
