Job Title: Sales Solutions Engineer (Electronics Systems) Location: Hertfordshire Salary: Competitive    About the Role: Support sales teams by attending discovery calls, delivering presentations, and designing tailored technical solutions. Leverage in-depth knowledge of power electronics conversion to create competitive, customer-specific proposals.    Key Responsibilities: Review RFQs/RFIs and define technical requirements Conduct client discovery calls and technical meetings Draft and deliver product and project presentations Design bespoke solutions and prepare technical specifications, documentation, drawings, and costings Submit quotations and manage project progress, liaising between customer, engineering, and solutions teams Report progress to clients, sales managers, and senior leadership Identify opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements Support sales teams with technical queries and collaborate on standard and custom solutions Assist colleagues in developing and presenting proposed solutions Coordinate with project management to ensure smooth implementation    About you: Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent Experience in a technical sales support role Knowledge of industrial and data centre technical requirements Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) Ability to present technical solutions clearly and engagingly Experience working independently and in collaborative teams Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Occasional customer travel required    Please note, we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
