Are you a patient, compassionate, and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant Bedford Start: Monday 23rd February 2026 Full Time Duration: Until Summer 2026 Pay: £85 – £100 per day (dependent on experience) A friendly and inclusive primary school in Bedford is seeking a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs from February half term through to the end of the academic year. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong, trusting relationships and making a real difference to a child’s school experience. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, helping the pupil access learning, build confidence, and develop socially and emotionally within the classroom environment. The school offers a supportive staff team and a strong commitment to inclusion.
