Commercial Plumber - Facilities Management 📍 Mobile role – covering the North East 💷 £41,000 salary 🚐 Door-to-door travel paid | 1-in-4 on-call We are recruiting a Commercial Plumber Engineer for a mobile role covering the North East, working across a portfolio of commercial sites. This position will involve both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, supporting a busy Facilities Management contract. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance * Working on commercial plant and systems * Responding to breakdowns and urgent repairs * Participating in a 1-in-4 on-call rota * Supporting wider FM tasks where required Requirements: * Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber * Background in Facilities Management preferred * Comfortable turning your hand to other FM duties when needed * Full UK driving licence * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Package: * £41,000 salary * Door-to-door travel paid * 1-in-4 on-call rota * Company vehicle and tools * Stable workload across commercial sites 📩 Interested?
