Employability Tutor

We’re working with a respected national training provider that’s looking for a dedicated Employability Tutor to join their team. If you hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Employability and enjoy helping learners build the skills and confidence they need to get into work—whether that’s face-to-face or online—this could be a great opportunity to make a real impact. Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging lessons both in person and online * Lead informative induction sessions to help learners feel confident and prepared for their course * Track learner progress and offer extra support when needed to help them stay on track * Adapt teaching materials to suit different learning needs, including those with additional challenges * Help shape and improve the curriculum to keep content fresh and relevant * Assess learners’ starting points and build tailored Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) with clear, achievable goals * Give timely, constructive feedback on assessments to support learner growth Requirements: * Teaching qualifications at or above level 3 (e.g. PGCE, PTTLS equivalent etc.) * Minimum level 2 in Maths, English and IT * Happy to deliver both face-to-face and remote lessons * Demonstrable expertise in employability support * An Assessor qualification (e.g., A1) Some of the benefits included: * Health cash plan * Flexible working * 1 x early finish per month * Purchase additional holiday days If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
