Procurement Manager - 6 Month FTC | Hybrid | Making a Difference in Social Housing I am working with a client who is dedicated to providing safe, affordable homes and building thriving communities. They are seeking a Procurement Manager to join the team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract, delivering value‑driven and compliant procurement that supports their residents and mission. What the role will do: * Lead procurement activity for assets and repairs, ensuring full compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and all relevant legislation. * Drive social value through contracts, embedding sustainability and community benefits across procurement activity. * Work closely with the Head of Assets and Repairs to deliver best practice, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement. What my client is looking for: * Expert knowledge of UK public procurement regulations, including the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023. * A strong understanding of Section 20 consultation requirements for leaseholders. * Hands‑on experience with procurement frameworks and their practical application. * A proven track record within social housing or the wider public sector, delivering compliant and value‑driven procurement outcomes. * A collaborative, solutions‑focused approach and genuine commitment to my client's values and mission
