About the role Title – Front of House, r eceptionist Pay Rate – £ 15.00 ph Location – Mayfair, London Shift Timings – Full time, Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00rs BardWood Support Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for Corporate receptionist to work in a prestigious corporate site, where you will be required to provide a Front of House service within reception, playing an instrumental role in delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. The position requires you to have a high level of self-presentation, customer service & communication skills are essential along with a positive/helpful attitude. Your main responsibilities may include: Act as first point of contact for all queries in an efficient and concise manner Provide a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to all guests Meet and greet all visitors and advise host of visitors arrival Act as point of contact for incoming calls. Operate switchboard in a timely and professional manner Effectively build and maintain professional relations with both internal and external contacts Up keep of meeting rooms and report any issues to the Facilities team Replenish Front of House refreshments when required General administrative support. Providing Health and Safety information for new starters (i.e. New Starters Building Induction) Keep reception tidy and presentable Weekly fire cell tests alongside fire contractor Update daily visitor list Assist with visitor pass requests when required following security process.
