Registered Manager – Newark (NG24). Up to £38,000. Lead a 7-bed supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. Great role for a senior or deputy ready to step into management. Location: Newark, NG24 Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum Service: 7-bed Supported Living – Enright Lodge About the Service This service is a small, well-established supported living service providing person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours that challenge. The service focuses on promoting independence, enhancing life skills, and supporting residents to achieve positive outcomes in a safe, supportive environment. Role Overview As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, operational management, and quality of care at Enright Lodge. You will lead and support a dedicated team of care staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain a service culture focused on positive, person-centred outcomes.
