The Role The HVAC Project Manager will take ownership of multiple commercial HVAC projects nationwide, managing each project from pre-start through to final handover. You will typically oversee 5–6 live projects at any one time, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on programme and within budget. This role requires someone who is comfortable travelling nationwide, confident managing subcontractors and clients, and able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously (typically 5–6), from survey and planning through to installation, commissioning and handover Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate and manage subcontractors, engineers and suppliers to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to specification Oversee procurement of materials and plant, ensuring timely delivery and cost control Monitor project programmes, budgets and progress, resolving issues proactively Carry out regular site visits across the UK to ensure quality, compliance and health & safety standards are met Ensure all works comply with relevant industry regulations, including F-Gas and current building standards Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and handover packs Support ongoing growth by contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery processes About You Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role within commercial air conditioning or building services Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices Confident managing multiple projects concurrently in a high-workload environment Experienced in managing subcontractors, materials, programmes and budgets Excellent client-facing and communication skills Comfortable travelling nationwide as part of the role Organised, proactive and able to work with a high degree of autonomy Full UK driving licence Qualifications (Desirable) Relevant qualification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services F-Gas certification Project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM or similar) advantageous but not essential What’s on Offer Salary: £55,000 – £60,000, depending on experience Flexible working hours Nationwide project exposure with a growing workload Opportunity to join a stable, expanding business with long-term career prospects Supportive team environment with autonomy and trust
