Security Concierge (Residential) Location: Butetown, Cardiff, CF10 5 Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour Hours: Approx. 42 hours per week Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – nights only Shift Times: 20:00 – 08:00 We are currently recruiting Security Concierge Officers on behalf of our client for a brand-new residential development in Butetown, Cardiff. This is a lone-working, front-of-house night role, focused on delivering a professional, customer-led service to residents while maintaining site security. Key Responsibilities * Front-of-house concierge and reception duties * Meeting and greeting residents and visitors * Handling resident queries in a professional and courteous manner * Conducting patrols of the building as required * Monitoring and responding to alarm activations in line with site procedures * Managing telephone enquiries * Escalating incidents and issues in accordance with company procedures * Supporting waste management and ensuring common areas remain clean and tidy throughout the shift Requirements * Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (preferred) * Previous experience in a front-of-house or concierge role is desirable * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Confident dealing with residents and resolving issues effectively * IT literate * Able to work independently in a lone-working environment * Willing to work overtime when required This is an excellent opportunity to join a new residential development and play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming environment for residents
