Junior Estimator Location: City of London Industry: Building and construction Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are working with a growing construction business based in London who are looking to appoint a Junior Estimator to support their pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their estimating career who is keen to learn, develop, and progress within a supportive environment. The Role As a Junior Estimator, you will work closely with senior members of the estimating team, supporting the preparation of competitive tenders and cost plans across a range of projects. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates from drawings Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical information Supporting the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions Maintaining cost databases and assisting with post-tender analysis What Our Client Is Looking For Some experience or relevant education within construction, fit-out, or commercial interiors Strong numerical ability with good Excel skills and great attention to detail A desire build a long-term career in estimating Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive and reliable approach, with the ability to work as part of a team What is in it for you?
