The school provides a nurturing, structured and highly supportive environment for pupils aged 4-11. The Role Supporting primary-aged pupils with ASD and communication needs Using visual supports, structured routines and behaviour-regulation strategies Assisting with sensory-based activities and tailored learning tasks Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups Helping to create a calm, safe and engaging classroom environment What We're Looking For Experience with ASD or behavioural needs (school or care setting) A patient, consistent and confident approach Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn A calm, nurturing and resilient personality Why Career Teachers?
