Job Title: Head of Small Works Division – D&B Office Fit Out Location: London Bridge, London Salary & Package: c.£95,000 + strong bonus + benefits + clear progression The Company * One of London’s leading Design & Build office fit-out contractors * c.£50m annual turnover * Strong client base with repeat business * Excellent reputation and consistently positive feedback from previous hires The Role * Full responsibility for the Small Works D&B Office Fit-Out Division * Delivery of D&B office fit-out projects up to c.£250k * Lead, manage, and develop a team of 4 * Price, cost, and win small works D&B office fit-out projects * Manage enquiries from initial costing through to handover * Allocate projects and support delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes * Drive departmental growth, profitability, and performance Key Requirements * Proven experience within D&B office fit out / small works * Strong commercial background with hands-on pricing and costing experience * Track record of winning work and managing fast-paced fit-out projects * Confident team leader, or ready to step up into a head of department role Why Apply * Opportunity to grow and shape a key division within the business * High-profile role with autonomy and influence * Clear progression route to Director level as the department expands
