The planning team works on a broad mix of projects, from major residential, commercial, and leisure developments to smaller, interesting rural schemes—ensuring no two days are ever the same. The Role: Due to continued growth, the business is seeking a Senior Planner to join its established and experienced team, based from the Pulborough office. This is a rare opportunity to lead planning projects from start to finish, managing your own caseload and client relationships rather than operating in a purely support role. You will be trusted to shape planning strategies, negotiate with local authorities, and deliver positive outcomes, with access to expertise across the wider business.
