Administrator Hybrid SAP and Excel


Our client is a multinational consumer goods corporation; specializing in a wide range of personal care and hygiene products; organized into several segments including Beauty; Grooming; Health Care; Fabric & Home Care; and Baby and Feminine care. We are looking for a locally based candidate to Cobalt Park in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, although you will be working from office 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), and working from home Mon, Thur and Fri (Exact Details will be confirmed at interview) You need to be able to start withn 2 weeks of an offer This is a temporary role for 12 months. Specific skills required - Experience in Transport Operations. A member of a multi skilled team with a high degree of initiative/problem solving. A strong collaborator who can work effectively and enthusiastically both internally and externally (verbal and written communication). A sound and general knowledge of working within systems and processes e.g. SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Office, excellent excel and analytical skills. You need to have a high degree of attention to detail and personal accuracy to ensure work is completed correctly first time. Must Have: Transport Operations Experience Excellent Communication Skills An Analytical Mind Attention to details Problem Solving Skills SAP Knowledge and Experience MS Office, Particularly MS Excel Nice to have: TMS Knowledge Experience of dealing with external clients
