School Office Manager Location: Westminster, London Contract: Full-time | Term-time - Temporary to Permanent Start date: Immediate We are seeking an experienced and highly organised School Office Manager to join a welcoming and busy school environment. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience working within a school office who can confidently manage daily operations and support senior leaders, staff, pupils and parents. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the school office team, ensuring efficient day-to-day administration * Oversee pupil records, attendance, admissions and data management * Act as a key point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies * Support the Headteacher and SLT with administrative, HR and compliance tasks * Manage school systems such as SIMS / Arbor / Bromcom (or similar) * Ensure safeguarding procedures and GDPR compliance are followed at all times * Handle finance-related tasks including orders, invoices and budget monitoring (where applicable) Essential Requirements: * Previous experience working in a school office environment (essential) * Strong knowledge of school administration processes and systems * Excellent organisational, communication and people-management skills * Confident using school MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom or similar) * Sound understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality within education * Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced school setting Desirable: * Experience managing or supervising office staff * Knowledge of finance or HR processes within a school * Relevant administrative or leadership qualifications To apply: Please submit your CV via CV-Library.
