Treatments Operative Competitive Salary + Benefits Blackburn Days Only (Mon-Thur), Overtime Premiums Available (Fri-Sun) gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a Treatments Operative to work at their facility based near Blackburn Performance Objectives Liaison with the Treatments Team Leader to understand clear production plans (Treatment workload, planning/scheduling). Undertaking all departmental tasks delegated by the direct line manager. Ensuring their performance within the team is of a high standard. Undertaking training and development set by the direct line manager. Work with the direct line manager to assist in the Implementation of all lean practices Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives (Kaizen, toolbox talks, and so forth). Discussing, resolving, or escalating issues. Monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards. Supporting the Team Leader in relation to their decisions. Daily communication with the Team Leader & Senior Management remains an essential part of the role for production plan compliance. Maintain compliance to the Company Code of Conduct.
