MES Technician We are recruiting for a permanent MES Technician for our Banbury based client. This is a hands on role with a strong shop floor presence, supporting critical manufacturing software and hardware systems to ensure smooth, continuous production. Working closely with operations, quality, production teams and the MES Analyst, you will play a key part in maintaining, improving and developing MES and related systems, while providing first-line technical support and driving continuous improvement. This role would suit someone with an IT support or infrastructure background who is comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys problem-solving under pressure and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service with a strong focus on safety, quality and customer support.
