Site Agent – Flood Defence Project  Rye, East Sussex We’re recruiting an experienced Site Agent to join a major flood defence / civil engineering project based in Rye. This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile scheme focused on protecting local communities from flooding. The Role: Managing day-to-day site operations Coordinating engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec Liaising with stakeholders and site management Overseeing RAMS, QA, and progress reporting Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects Background in flood defence, earthworks, or heavy civils Full UK driving licence Own vehicle essential (site-based, limited public transport) Strong leadership and communication skills 📅 Duration: Long-term 💷 Rate: Umbrella PAYE  🚗 Travel: Must be able to commute independently If you’re an experienced civils Site Agent looking for a solid project with longevity, we’d like to hear from you
