Project Manager

A prominent real estate consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their East London team, delivering high-end residential and build-to-rent developments. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting clients through all project stages, from initial design to handover. To be successful in this role, the Project Manager must have prior consultancy experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with residential sector exposure to take the lead on notable projects, supported by a growing team and a clear pathway toward Senior Project Manager. The Project Manager will benefit from full APC support and early client-facing responsibility. The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will manage a variety of residential developments up to £50m, including: Leading multi-disciplinary consultant teams Managing planning, procurement and contract stages Reporting progress to clients and key stakeholders Preparing risk registers and project programmes Administering JCT Design & Build contracts Overseeing cost control, value engineering and quality checks Chairing meetings and coordinating reporting documents The Project Manager 3-5 years of consultancy-based project management experience Experience with residential, build-to-rent or affordable housing schemes Degree qualified in construction or property-related field Progressing toward MRICS or MAPM Strong understanding of UK building and planning regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills In Return? £45,000 - £60,000 Discretionary bonus APC support and structured career progression Private healthcare and enhanced holiday package Modern East London office with team-focused culture | Project Manager | East London | Residential | Build to Rent | MRICS | Consultancy
