Water Hygiene Engineer

Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer Location: Glasgow Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum The Role A well-established water hygiene and treatment provider is looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer to support a growing engineering team across Scotland. This opportunity is ideal for an engineer with water hygiene or plumbing experience who is looking to further develop their skills within a supportive, safety-focused environment. You will work across a variety of commercial and public sector sites, carrying out both planned and reactive water hygiene duties while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and best practice. Key Responsibilities Carrying out water hygiene and treatment tasks across multiple sites Temperature monitoring, flushing, and water sampling TMV servicing, maintenance, and remedial works Inspection and disinfection of cold water storage tanks and calorifiers Shower head descaling and disinfection Completing all works in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01, and WRAS guidanceBenefits Company vehicle Clear progression opportunities Flexible working hours Laptop, phone, and tablet provided Overtime available Ongoing training and career developmentRequirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in a water hygiene role Water hygiene training (essential) Full UK driving licenceInterested in taking the next step in your career?
