Senior Civil Engineer £50,000 – £55,000 South Wales or Bristol I’m working in partnership with a successful and fast-growing civil engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Civil Engineer to strengthen its team. This opportunity is open to candidates based in Bridgend, Cardiff or Bristol, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, typically 2–3 days per week in the office. The Role Deliver civil engineering design for residential and commercial developments Contribute to projects from early planning stages through to detailed design and delivery Work closely with Principal Engineers and liaise with external stakeholders Take increasing responsibility for project ownership and technical developmentWhat They’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years’ UK civil engineering experience Strong background in infrastructure and drainage design for developments Experience producing highways designs Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience would be an advantage) Comfortable working collaboratively while managing your own workloadWhat’s on Offer Salary of £50,000 – £55,000, dependent on experience Hybrid working model – 2–3 days in the office, remainder from home Choice of office location: Bridgend, Cardiff or Bristol Supportive consultancy environment with clear progression pathways Engaging, varied project work and long-term career stabilityInterested?
