Workshop Controller

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive dealership in the Swindon area.   Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.   Benefits: Competitive salary pending experience. Also, 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am to 12:00pm. Some flexibility within the role is essential to meet the needs of our client's business and team.Duties: Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workRequirements: Have a previous working experience within a similar role Strong Leadership skills A full and valid UK Driving Licence Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy WorkshopHours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday 6:00am-4:00pm with a ½ hour unpaid lunch break. Also, 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am to 12:00pm.
