As a recognised market leader in commercial maintenance, they’re now looking to add a skilled Electrically Biased Foot Mobile Engineer to their London team. The role covers a mix of landlord and tenant contracts across commercial sites in London, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. Key Responsibilities Carrying out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance Working on single and three-phase power systems Lighting and emergency lighting Distribution boards and generators Fire alarm testing Associated building services equipment including: AHUs & FCUs Motors, pumps, belts Basic BMS operation Sprinkler systems and air conditioning (desirable) Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety standards Completing logbooks and site documentation accurately Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations Minimum 3 years’ experience within commercial building maintenance Proactive, career-driven attitude Polite, professional, and customer-focused Salary & Benefits £45,000 – £47,000 per annum Zones 1 & 2 Travelcard provided Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension scheme Plenty of overtime available Ongoing training and clear progression opportunities If you want to join a company that genuinely supports career development and offers long-term progression, this is a standout opportunity
