Vacancy No 5475 Job Title KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – JOINERY PRODUCTS Job Description Our client is a leading Manufacturer of Bespoke high end joinery products they are renowned for their high end products and commercial success within the industry. Due to continued growth & expansion they are seeking a dynamic individual to join their sales team. As Sales Executive you will be the first point of call for key customers and be expected to deliver outstanding customer services, and you will be the responsible for both developing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities. Reporting to: SALES DIRECTOR Working within a team that continually works together in promoting the company’s high end Joinery Products & Components into the Merchant / DIY Retail Sector, and be responsible for the Key Account Management of National Builders Merchants. Key Responsibilities – KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER * To develop both new & existing clients accounts * Build sales, pursue leads, and follow on enquiries * Understanding customer needs and requirements, research accounts, identify key players * Manage and grow Merchant Trading Agreement * Travel to clients, both existing & new to maintain, strengthen and develop relationships. * Generate new business and be involved in the company’s growth and expansion Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required – KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER * Proven sales experience in the Merchant Sector * Strong negotiating skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision * Knowledge & strong experience dealing with the buying Groups * Customer focused with sound commercial skills. * Good IT skills & PC literate. * Strong listening and presentation skills Location/Area WEST MIDLANDS Salary Competitive remuneration package, along with benefits and attractive bonus scheme
