As Global Auditing Manager, you will lead supplier audits worldwide, support corrective action plans, and ensure compliance across multiple countries. You will have the autonomy to influence standards, strengthen supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement. Global Auditing Manager Key Responsibilities * Plan and conduct supplier audits across food safety, ethical trade, and environmental compliance * Support corrective action plans and implement sustainable improvements * Maintain audit schedules, report findings, and prepare sites for inspections * Conduct risk assessments for high-risk suppliers and analyse trends to prevent issues * Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams across multiple regions Global Auditing Manager Key Requirements * Proven auditing experience in food safety, ethical, or compliance standards * Knowledge of international and UK food safety and ethical standards * Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills * Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with audit systems a plus * Preferred location: Europe or North Africa, but UK-based candidates will be considered * Willingness to travel internationally (majority of the year for UK-based candidates) * Flexible engagement: self-employed (non-UK) or salaried (UK-based) * Desirable: fluency in Spanish, Arabic, or French This is a high-impact, globally focused role offering autonomy, international exposure, and the opportunity to shape supplier standards across a fast-moving Fresh Produce supply chain
