Maintain and lead a virtual network of Health and Safety Champions for their region, providing mentorship and guidance Engaging and supporting Safety Champions for timely implementation of corrective actions accomodating the investigation of accidents and incidents within their area of responsibility, making recommendations to prevent a re-occurrence, and attending incident review panels Ressponsible to lead Health and Safety improvement projects, gaining buy-in from different levels across the Group Providing Health and Safety advice and support to senior leaders within the business. Collaboratively working with Directors and Managing Directors for their region, sharing Health and Safety performance and identify To lead, manage and promote a positive Health and Safety culture
