Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming Primary school who are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide cover for staffing gaps and absences in the Spring Term. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking flexible, rewarding work within a supportive nursery environment. The Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the delivery of the primary curriculum Provide high-quality care, learning, and play opportunities for children Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Work effectively as part of the nursery team to ensure continuity of care Step in confidently to support daily routines during staff absences Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) Hold GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) Have experience working within early years or a primary setting Demonstrate a caring, patient, and proactive approach Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child development Why Work Through Our Agency?
