Service Advisor

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Exeter area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.   Benefits: Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience with an OTE of up to £40,000 Standard working hours from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday One in two Saturday mornings as overtime (8 am to 1 pm)  Opportunity to work in a well-established dealership in Exeter, Devon Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential, they are open to looking at candidates with a strong customer service background.  Supportive team environment with ongoing career development potentialRequirements: A working experience within a Service Advisor role The ability to upsell on service work and service plans Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties of role: Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems Update Customers and Vehicle Records Prepare and complete Invoices Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30000 with OTE of circa £40000.
